Egan Maritime's administrative staff was busy for the first half of 2018, working to incorporate all development, ticket sales, and museum admission and gift shop items into one streamlined solution, Altru. Altru, a Blackbaud product, is a system designed exclusively for arts and culture nonprofit organizations. Of most importance, Altru will enable Egan Maritime to better serve our members and donors with scanable membership cards, automated guess pass tracking, and more robust online ticket sales.
Next week current Egan Maritime members will receive communication to setup their online accounts with Altru to improve your online experience when purchasing tickets or renewing your membership.
In the coming weeks Egan Maritime will be rolling out membership renewals, welcoming guests to the museum, and promoting summer programs with Altru! We thank you in advance for your patience as we adapt to our new database and point of sales system.
