Dear Night at the Museum Guests,
We look forward to welcoming you to the Museum on July 9th. In anticipation of the big event, we wanted to send everyone a few reminders.
A Night at the Museum — Andrea Doria at 70
Thursday, July 9th • 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm
158 Polpis Road
This year, we are utilizing Galabid for ticket management and the silent auction. All ticket holders have been sent instructions on how to register for the site. We are trying to have everyone registered in advance to expedite the check-in process.
Each guest must have their own account (couples/families can be registered under one account). This allows us to manage your tickets, assist you with placing bids or donations, and check you in quickly. If your sponsorship package includes multiple tickets, please let us know who your guests will be and their email addresses.
We've recorded a quick video with instructions for accessing your account:
● Watch: How to Access Your Account
All you need to do is accept your tickets and create an account. You do not need to physically print a ticket or show a barcode at the door.
If you already have an account, you can log in. Visit galabid.com/natm and log in with your email address and PW.
Our silent auction is now live! This year's celebration features a one-of-a-kind selection of items
The auction is now open and will close at 6:30 pm on July 9th — please note that this is earlier than the event's end time.
All bidding takes place through Galabid:
● Browse & Bid on Auction Items
Don't want to deal with online bidding? Not to worry — we have volunteers on hand who can place bids on your behalf.
And finally, as in years past, there is NO parking on-site at the Shipwreck & Lifesaving Museum on the night of July 9th.
Parking is available at Wannacomet Water Company (1 Milestone Road). We will have directional parking guides to help you park, and shuttles to take you to and from the Museum. The entrance will be marked with a life ring and a volunteer.
We highly recommend taking alternative transportation to the event — Ubers, Lyfts, and cabs can drop guests off directly at the Museum.
If you received a parking pass in your sponsorship package, Carlisle will be in touch.
If you have accessibility needs and require accessible parking, please let us know.
