As part of Cyrus Peirce Middle School's "Read Around Nantucket" program, sixth grade students participated in a morning of hands-on activities at three cultural and historical Nantucket locations.

From Coskata to Brant Point

Officially opened on November 24, 1883, the Coskata Life Saving Station house was transported on a barge in the mid 20th century and became part of Coast Guard Station Brant Point.
